Emmanuel77
Dear Flexispy, the target phone will be an LG L9, so first questions are: is this phone supported? how to root it? Secondly I'll be testing the software and the features, then, after I can assure everything works properly, I'll be givimg the phone as a present to the target, any suggestiosn to test every thing will work properly? Thanks in advance
Guest Ian
Hello. For the Omni package please make sure the TARGET phone is running OS 2.1 update 1 - 4.0.4 but no higher than that. If the TARGET phone is running OS 4.1 then Omni cannot work and you can only use our Lite version. To learn more about rooting the TARGET phone (required before Omni can be installed, not required for Lite but Lite has less features) please see the links below for guidance in accordance with your own research. If you cannot root the TARGET phone then only our Lite version is available to you. In order to make sure you can test everything on the TARGET phone, for Omni, make sure it has been rooted, is running a compatible OS version and that the TARGET phone network provider has 3 way calling enabled on their plan. This is required for call lintercept (listening in to a live call) to work. If the TARGET phone network provider does not have this feature then you cannot use call intercept but all remaining Omni features will function perfectly fine. Which phone will you recomend in order to use the omni version? Thanks in advance
Guest Ian
Hello. For our Omni software as long as it is not running OS 4.1 (jelly bean) then it is fine as long as you have rooted the device.
