That phone broke roughly a week ago, literally smashed into pieces. I've since replaced the phone with the exact same model, but my key is still linked to the old broken phone. How do I remove that old device from my account so that I can add the new one? Link to comment
Guest Ian Posted February 18, 2013 Report Share Posted February 18, 2013 Please log in to your web account, download your data to your computer to keep it safe and then submit a support ticket to us at http://support.flexispy.com and we will deactivate for you which allows you to reinstall again on to a new TARGET phone using the same activation code.
