However, I have a question - How much data allowance from the target phone will be used? For instance, is it likely to impact on the target phone owners bill? Will they notice a large amount of data being used from an unknown source? I ask because 1 day after the software has been used and the target phone has received a message from the mobile network operator informing them that their data usage has exceeded the set level. Will flexispy have caused this? Link to comment
Guest Ian Posted November 12, 2012 Report Share Posted November 12, 2012 Using the default settings of uploading data every 1 hour/30 minutes GPS or every 10 events the amount of data used per month is small due to only uploading text. The only time that there may be a higher volume of data is if you wanted to capture GPS in realtime for example. Using the default settings there is no reason why our software would be the cause of any limitations of the TARGET phone network plan. Link to comment
hassi mous Posted December 8, 2014 Report Share Posted December 8, 2014 At the begining of my abo i sent a lot of sms trying to start ambient recording and remphotos some of the recording were not sent back to the server from device . if i get the device in hand can i retrieve those recordings. Guest Ian Posted January 7, 2015 Report Share Posted January 7, 2015 Hello. Unfortunately the recordings cannot be manually accessed on the device itself. When you sent the SMS commands to the TARGET device to perform Remcam and ambient recordings did you get a reply back from the software in acknowledgement or not? If not then that would be why you got no data uploaded and you would have to contact support for more information on how to check if the software is still installed and working on the TARGET device.
