If she uses a hotmail and a yahoo email account, will they both be emailed to me, or only the email that is registered to her phone, like her gmail account (verizon wireless customer, android phone). Guest Ian Posted September 3, 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 Hello. Our software will only capture email from the main email account set up on the TARGET phone. This means that, if the TARGET phone was an Android phone, it would only capture emails from main Gmail account set up within the 'Gmail' application on the phone. No other email accounts of any type or provider would be captured.
Christian Posted September 4, 2012 Posted September 4, 2012 The software will only capture data from the phone, it cant see into email accounts that are not synced on the phone. If its Android, as Ian said, then it can only capture the main Gmail account. If its another platform, it will capture the FIRST or primary email account that is used on the phone, whatever that happens to be.
