At first I would like to know if there is any software to spy Whatsapp and send the messages directly to an email address without the web-plataform And I would like to know, if any customer buy 1 license and after some time, he need to change the phone, can I manage the licenses and change their IMEI to work properly in the new phone of my customer? You can however set the web account to send emails to an address you define with all the event information at regular intervals, to save you from logging in all the time. 2 - If the TARGET phone is changed a new activation code would need to be issued with the existing one cancelled and then the software would have to be physically installed on to the new TARGET phone.
