flexiquestion
Hi - What happens if the target user phone is using the voice recorder and a spy call is initiated? Thanks.
Guest Ian
In order for spycall to be performed correctly the TARGET phone must be idle and not in use. If, when you have successfully performed a spycall and are listening in, the TARGET phone press any buttons or opens any application on the phone (such as the voice memo recorder) then you will be immediately disconnected so this means that all that will happen is that the spycall will end. flexiquestion
Thanks. So if the Voice Recorder is in use, will a Spy Call terminate the Voice Recorder recording like an incoming call would do?
Guest Ian
Use of the voice recorder will terminate any spycall that is in progress.
Christian
It used to be that if any button is pressed on the Target phone, a SpyCall would be terminated immediately. I'm not sure it always works this way now on all platforms, but the general philosophy is that FlexiSPY (and SpyCalls) should not interfere with any normal use of the Target phone by its user. To do otherwise would surely indicate a problem to the user, at best, and suspicion at worst. We assume that you do want to be discrete, that is the purpose of your SpyCall in the first place. So where user functions can proceed without compromising anything, we can let this happen. But if there is any interruption to normal use of the phone, we disconnect before the user will think something is wrong. The voice recorder is a case of the phone needing to use the mic, which it cannot do if the mic is already engaged and does not become available to the local request. So this is not a limitation, this a further measure of protecting your discretion and making sure that no undue attention is warranted by the user.
