Our customers may have noticed some changes to their web account login portal recently. Initially, not all of these changes were well received. We listened to your feedback and have updated several important improvements. We don't always announce the myriad of changes we are constantly making behind the scenes; but we have listened to your feedback and directly addressed many of your specific requests, and would like to invite you to notice them the next time you login to your account: FEEDBACK button (top right) now appears directly inside your login account. Don't be shy, we do listen! RSS FEEDS now appear in the right panel of the login page. This carries all the News we post from our Support Center, such as this and other important announcements, and of course the announcements of each software update. TIME ZONE setting - this has been brought back for those customers who've asked for it. EMAIL RELAY should now work properly for all customers. VIEW MAP LINK in your logs should now correctly display the mapped locations. REFRESH BUTTON now works as expexted. PRINT now works. TIME STAMP in IM tab now displays correctly. We also recommend all users to upgrade IE to version 9, Firefox to version 12 and Chrome to version 20.0.1132.57 (or the latest available), or the “Details” popup might not be displayed correctly.
