RECENT OUTAGE INFORMATION

We sincerely apologize to all customers for the recent outtages you may currently be experiencing.


At this time we understand that customers may experience problems logging in to their web account, no new data being uploaded to the web account or being unable to perform any other web account based activities.  This may also affect any other activity requiring the TARGET phone to access our servers such as activation and deactivation respectively.

Please do not be alarmed. Our technicians are working to resolve this issue immediately and in the meantime we simply ask customers to be patient and to keep trying to log in every hour as we get to the root of the problem.

FlexiSpy would like to confirm that no customer data has been lost during this time. The software will keep delivering data to your account successfully.

We will continue to update our customers on this current situation as we work to resolve it and ask that our customers be patient during this time and we thank you for your continued support.

Please be aware that submitting support tickets, coming on Livechat, or calling us about the issues outlined above will not in any way expedite our efforts in resolving these issues.
