  2. There was an outgoing phone call today that lasted over an hour and there is no recording because another phone call was answered. I've noticed this happens but I haven't asked since calls were usually short and not important when that happened before. But now it was an important and long call that I wanted to listen to. What happens to the phone call? Why is there no recording for either of those 2 calls? I did submit a ticket but am wondering if someone figured this out before.

  4. Thank you for the screenshot. According to the dialog, you need to allow restricted settings in More. Can you try the following On your Android device, open the Settings app. Tap Apps. Tap the app that you want to turn on a restricted setting for. Tip: If you can't find it, first tap See all apps or App info. Tap More and then Allow restricted settings. Follow the on-screen instructions.

  5. Or, just like with the GPS feature, set screenshots to be taken at certain time intervals. For sure, screenshots are not capturing accurately in Instagram and Facebook. Consistently, only the opening screen of the app is captured, and nothing after that, despite taps on clickable elements on the screen (to navigate between features in an app, for example).

  7. Hello. The target has been updated to Android 13. Flexispy reinstalled, but notifications cannot be disabled - they themselves turn back on and nothing can be done about it. Are there any solutions?

  9. Thanks for your comment. Regarding the issue with Facebook Messenger not being captured — Currently, your specific version is supported in Partial Mode (Keylogger) but not in Native Mode. We understand this is not ideal, and I've asked our development team to prioritize this issue. In the meantime, the development team are preparing a new Android binary for test, which contains App Screenshot for non-root. This feature should help you capture both sides of Messenger Chats. Once the binary is sent to test, the team will begin investigating the Messenger issue. If you do not wish to wait, you can root the device to access chats via — at a minimum — App Shot mode. I will keep you updated on our progress, and I'll address your other comments about the app in a separate reply.

  10. Hi there, Software freshly installed. Whatsapp call recording and logs do not work. Also Whatsapp attachment on Portal Viewer crashes the app when I try to open it. The target device is a S23 Ultra Dual SIM. Are updates planned? A solution must be found to solve this problem ! Thanks

  12. Not if you send thru the portal - Click Help - device settings - device controls - restart device. The target phone will simply restart with no message or explanation. Also you should change your title to java error or something. This isn't a server not connecting problem.

  13. I get those too sometimes & they tend to come in clusters like yours. Everything else works fine. A restart fixes it usually. Luckily you should be able to use the restart command from the portal & not have to do it manually.

  15. Agree, its very strange that when it connects to the net its not working properly, if at all. And nothing changed with regard to the cellular supplier etc. All of a sudden for the last 4 days its not working when connecting to the net, that is a fact. Why? I really cant figure out, maybe if someone from flexispy team will read this and will have the answer. Dakota??

  18. I have recently purchased extreme plan with installation service. Before purchasing the product, i was told that mytarget device Samsung galaxy 31s andoid version green indicator can be removed only availing installation service. Hence, i avail installatio. service. further, during installation service, i specially asked from installation technocal person if the green indicator will not reflect now and he affirm the same. But, after logging in and testing the same, it is found that green indicator reflected when microphome or camera is used. I have raised several ticket. but of no use. Please help me. because i purchase the product mainly to use ambient, remcam and ramvideo feqture. But all features are of no use if green indicator reflect every time. becuase the target mobile user has started to doubt about his phone already and very soon he will get to k ow all about it. I purchase the product only after being assured that green indicator will not reflect adter availing installation service. But even after purchasing installation service, green indicator reflect conspicuously and not customer support . please help.

  20. You're saying for Sync Services, you turn 'Show notifications' to OFF. Then, after a while, you start receiving notifications again, and when you check the settings page, 'Show notifications' has been turned ON?

  21. In Android 12, Flexispy app notifications were removed in the settings. Now I do the same, but they automatically turn back on. Only with the Flexispy app, other notifications can be turned off or on at your discretion. But these turn on themselves.

  22. I even reset the target to factory settings, but nothing has changed - notifications turn on by themselves and it's impossible to use. Unfortunately, I have to stop my subscription.

  23. Non routed android s10+ is the target phone. Keeps getting this message up, every few minutes "sync services isnt responding" How can this be fixed? - In general flexispy is working fine, but why does this message keep popping up. Phone is using the latest version of flexispy and all of the settings found on the flexispy install recommendations have been followed. Please advise Thanks Graham

  24. After paying so much money, its disheartening to see that whatsap messages are not captured in real time. They are not even captured in its proper chronological order and the sender and receiver messages are always mixed up. Perhaps flexispy should advertise that they dont have the updates for these versions. Tell your customers what really to expect and what not to expect before they pay for the services. VOIP audio messages recorded are always empty. No sound from either party. Very disappointing. When are you guys going to improve. How long can we wait.

  25. i have a problem with 2 calls, one is not recorded at all, and other one is, the 39 minute long one, is only recorded 3 minutes of it. i need that call recording the most. please recover this call for me. already created a ticket. my ticket id is 144454, i updated the ticket with whats shown to me on portal as well. Let me know if i can assist to get this recording in full.

  26. Hi, Call recording is quite complicated. And the app itself is running while there is an on going call. Any activity like receiving a 3 way call or even if the phone receives another command such as ambient in the middle of a phone call can really interfere with call recording.

  27. I just want to tell what I see on my iPhone: The incomplete call recording will happen if at the time of the recording somebody else will call that phone as well (will hear busy tone). The recording will contain only the duration until that moment. That's what happens to me. I guess it has to do with the fact that the call recording is happening with a three-way call mechanism and if somebody else calls as well, it interrupts that mechanism for some reason.

  30. Hello I am having the same issue as those above on my target device. I have verified that WhatsApp voip calls are being answered by the target device and conversations are happening. But maybe 1 out of every 10 calls is recorded. I am using WhatsApp version 2.23.6.76 that your website says it has tested and is working. Can we please get this fixed ASAP?
