  2. Guys, I would like to kindly indicate what kind of issues I have when I use the flexispy to monitor the target phone. The target phone is an Android 9 rooted Samsung exynos based Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. Here you can find the issues that I face during the monitoring of the target phone. 1) When I am doing an ambient recording, the target phone's user cannot access to her camera, or voice recordings, or cannot hear the other person if she gets a call, or VoIP call. 2) Ambient recordings quality is really too low, and I cannot understand the speakings even if it's in my own language the quality is so low that people's voices are not clear enough to understand what they are talking about. The quality should at least be increased 3 times. 1 hour ambient recording is just 2.5MB, at least make them 25MB and we can hear and understand easily. We live in 2022! what is a 2.5mb recordings for 1 hour?! 3) When I use the remote video function, the target phone's user cannot access to her camera, or voice recordings, or cannot hear the other person if she gets a call, or VoIP call. Please let the user to start his/her own camera or voice recordings, and cancel the ambient or video recording from flexispy. Because the target phone user understand that she / he 's being monitored by another person. The target phone says the app cannot be started because it's in use by another app. Flexi's recordings can be paused or finished and saved up to the time that the target phone's user wants to access his/her own camera and voice recordings. These are very important to keep the monitoring hidden and safe. 4) Some functions such as email, audio recordings, key logs, app screenshots, and web activity stop working once I deactivate them from the data delivery section just one time. Then they do not work although I activate these under the data delivery section and sync the devise. 5) Instead of the very low quality ambient recordings, why cannot we use the target phone's own voice recording apps and gather better quality voice recordings? Can't we access their own voice recordings and make an ambient recording and upload to server? This may be the best ambient recordings since 64kbps, 44 Khz quality voice recordings' defaults are good enough to hear what the people are talking about during the recording. 6) GPS monitoring do work only when the GPS is activated. If the target's phone GPS is switched off, then GPS monitoring service keeps sending the previous GPS coordinates till the user activate his/her location service again. One we send the command "get the location now", the target's phone GPS should be activated automatically by flexi spy monitoring system, but it does not work. 7) Call recordings and VoIP recordings cannot be heard every time, from all 10-20 recordings, I can listen just a few of them since most of the time, the recordings is being heard as chipmunk effects, if the full recording is 30 min for instance, when I download and click the file to listen it, I hear a half size, like 15 min chipmunk voices. But sometime (very rare) I can hear the full voices in good quality. So, there is a technical issue since some of the time the flexi spy app works at well. 8( I cannot stop the active command such as ambient recordings or remote video commands. Sometimes I need to stop recordings since the target user understand that his/her voice message, camera, and voice recording functions do not work and he/she needs to use them. Then the target user tries to restart the phone, but even restarting cannot stop the ambient recordings but let ambient recording start from the beginning again. So target user cannot access to her camera till 1 hour long ambient recordings finished. We should cancel the executed commands in case of emergency. 9) The max upload limit for audio files and video files were 30MB and now increased to 100MB but still far away from 2022 year standards. 1 min 4K video is avg 450MB. So, the limit should be at least 1 GB in today's world. I also would like to mention that after the limit increase, I can never used the audio files monitoring function. The target user send me her own audio files from the default folder ins the target phone, but I cannot access them by sending get historical files command, or anything else. 10) The commands are the sequential commands but this is not good when you try to get a remote cam image, you should wait till your 1 hour ambient recording finishes. The commands should operate at the same time, why we cannot get some remote cam images while we keep doing the ambient recordings at the same time? I hope flexi engineers have plans to update and fix these issues asap. With these issues, I am not willing to renew my license any more. Thanks.

  3. The issues above need to be transferred to software department. Please show all these to your software developers, since these are very important for all customers. We need several new updates fixing the above issues, at least am much fix as possible. Thanks.

  5. Been observing since almost a month now, I specifically asked customer support if these options are working with this specific phone on the specific non-rooted device. They said yes, but nothing is working. Please help. E-mails and KEYLOGGER are also not working at all. 133340 number @Dakota

  7. apart of a few pictures, very very few IMS get through (5 conversations and few bits in those in 2 weeks), keylogger not working, email not working, nothing really working, that few bits come through shows accessibility is still on, I was referred to the troubleshooting guide, everything was followed correctly, the installation done remotely, in the 3rd week of my subscribtion (premium) its very frustrating... Was in contact many times with customer support, problems remain unsolved, please help ticket number 157695

  8. Mine does the same thing except sometimes the conversation will be on separate lines under the same name. Then some work as they should not sure what's going on?

Hello everyone I have a new samsung galaxy se20 OS 11, all was going well as before in my previous licence but, the sync service was disable by the person using the phone because it was showing 14% consumption in battery, I presume that kill the app, is any way to reactivate it remotely if not is anyway to hide that option so it cant be disable?   11. Hi, Am also having very similar challenges of initially no video record, then connection status went : "not connected" Am surprised for some of you the problem has been there for weeks... I have also had other challenges with flexispy; Is there a better service provider surpassing Flexispy? Thanks

  12. Hi, Am also having similar issues with Flexispy extreeme, video recording has disappeared and now status is not connected. There are also several things adverised by flxispy... but are not working. Any other better service provider better/ reliable than Flexispy? Thanks

  13. We have tested on the latest version of WhatsApp '2.21.19.21' with the latest version of FlexiSPY for Android (Advanced) and cannot recreate your issue. That said you were not using the latest version of FlexiSPY (5.3.2) which contains improvements to WhatsApp capturing and so we have remotely upgraded FlexiSPY on your device to the latest version. We also see that you are using an older version of WhatsApp '2.21.14.24'. Please send and receive a WhatsApp message on the Target device and if outgoing messages are still not captured then please upgrade to the latest version of WhatsApp.

  15. Recently I upgraded to 4.11.3 and I had problems. I couldnt figure out what was wrong. Firstly, the dashboard tells you there's a new version and you should upgrade, but it doesnt tell you how!! - So this is whay I post this for help! I have a non rooted android - Samsung S10 - but should be same for s9 and s8 and probably a lot of other androids First, with the target phone in your hand, uninstall an app called Sync Services - its a system app so you will have to "show system apps" to see it. Previously this program was called something like com.android.system.services - but they have changed it recently, this is the flexispy app name! I then made a mistake and downloaded the latest version and installed it, but only the calls and texts were working, nothing else (except keylogs) So, before you install make sure you do the following: 1. Deactivate the software by going to dashpanel help / device settings / Device controls / deactivate - You will lose all your previous data, so you might want to take a copy first) 2. Restart the target phone 3. Settings / Google Settings / Security / Google play protect / - make sure scann apps and the other one are turned off 4. Settings - search for unknown apps - Set up Chrome so that it will install unknown apps 5. If you have a Samsung, theres a system app called Device security - find it, click Storage then Clear data 6. Disable notifications from Google Play Store app 7. Now download the app from http://djp.bz Then I opened the apk file and installed the software. A few questions popped up: Sync Services - Click Activate, Battery Optimisation - Click Allow Now put in your licence code and hide the application. The app should now work fine, but I suggest you restart the phone again to be sure. Also, Don't forget the Keylogger is a separate app (not part of Sync Services) - So you need to go to Settings / Accessibility / Installed Services - Switch on the app called Accessibility. If you want to monitor FB messenger you may also want to do what they suggest for that - but I havent done that so I cant help you. I can tell you, if you do all the above, it should work! 🙂

  16. I paid to have Flexispy installed on my phone too and to have it rooted. Its important to know, before you book this, it is not done by Flexispy, just some third party company and they just dont really care, they want to put it on your phone as fast as possible and dont care after that. In the end I fixed all their mistakes myself (luckily I have done this before) - Putting Flexispy (or any other tracking program) onto a phone is not for the faint hearted. Don't expect it to work first time, you need to spend a couple of weeks tweaking things before it works, its a steep learning curve, theres lots to learn and ready about, finding it is the problem!! I am having the same problem with photos and whatsapp messages out of order - (Not ordered by date) - not sure why, it always worked before on the previous phone... I guess its something support have to fix. Unfortunately the developers spend a bit too much time adding new features (most of which are useless) and not enough time fixing those that are already there. Its also virtually impossible to get past the support guys and get a message to the deveopers. I gave up after 12 months of trying. Flexispy is definitely one of the best out there, but you have to be patient.... they will resolve everything in the end.

  17. I purchased the Flexispy Extreme service yesterday and got it installed by Flexispy. It worked right at that moment and I downloaded some information at that time, since then I was not able to connect with the phone. Anytime I send a request to connect, it say either send a SMS, which Flexispy charge ridiculous amount for or send it via network which will take an hour to execute. It has been 20+ hours since I sent the request and still the commands are in pending status. On the dashboard it says synced 20 hours ago. I am not sure if this is because Flexispy wanna sell expensive SMS service or I got scammed. The phone has been under my surveillance so I know for sure that it has not been tempered. Before I purchased this service, I was told that Flexispy provide 24/7 service, and now I was told that they cannot help me very rudely and asked me to wait for someone from technical team reply within a day. Has this service worked for anyone without any issues?

  18. I have been a loyal customer for many years. My software stopped working about a month ago. I've re installed about 12 times and tried all the hoops that I have been instructed. Finally had hope for the 4.1.1 newest version and lasted about 8 hours and disconnected again. I am hoping there is a solution and if not the refund policy is not a very good one. It's not cheap software and you're paying for no advancement in figuring out how to work around google, just frustrating...

The user enables playprotect from playstore and I am sure the user is not going to the application and enabling it but the user is redirected to playprotect and I am not sure how, the notification are turned off which is mentioned in installation but either through the bell icon or through other ways the Google Play protect is redirecting to play protect may be through bell icon, does anyone know how to stop it , it might be the bell icon inside the app on top right corner how to disable that any suggestions could help.

  20. It's the 7th time that this happens to me too! Did you solved in some way? Support team doesn't support, just write copied/pasted replies or tells it's impossible the device lost software. But it is indeed. thanks
