  4. There was an outgoing phone call today that lasted over an hour and there is no recording because another phone call was answered. I've noticed this happens but I haven't asked since calls were usually short and not important when that happened before. But now it was an important and long call that I wanted to listen to. What happens to the phone call? Why is there no recording for either of those 2 calls? I did submit a ticket but am wondering if someone figured this out before.

By submitting a ticket, you have taken the right step in seeking assistance. They should be able to investigate the situation, identify the cause, and provide a solution or explanation for the missing recording. fnaf games

  9. Thank you for the screenshot. According to the dialog, you need to allow restricted settings in More. Can you try the following On your Android device, open the Settings app. Tap Apps. Tap the app that you want to turn on a restricted setting for. Tip: If you can't find it, first tap See all apps or App info. Tap More and then Allow restricted settings. Follow the on-screen instructions.

  10. Or, just like with the GPS feature, set screenshots to be taken at certain time intervals. For sure, screenshots are not capturing accurately in Instagram and Facebook. Consistently, only the opening screen of the app is captured, and nothing after that, despite taps on clickable elements on the screen (to navigate between features in an app, for example).

  12. App Screenshots for Non-Root Is Now Available, meaning you can capture chats in App Shot Mode - solving most of the issues related to Apps frequently updating! Please update to the latest version of FlexiSPY for Non-Root to get this feature.

  13. Thanks for your comment. Regarding the issue with Facebook Messenger not being captured — Currently, your specific version is supported in Partial Mode (Keylogger) but not in Native Mode. We understand this is not ideal, and I've asked our development team to prioritize this issue. In the meantime, the development team are preparing a new Android binary for test, which contains App Screenshot for non-root. This feature should help you capture both sides of Messenger Chats. Once the binary is sent to test, the team will begin investigating the Messenger issue. If you do not wish to wait, you can root the device to access chats via — at a minimum — App Shot mode. I will keep you updated on our progress, and I'll address your other comments about the app in a separate reply.

  14. Hi there, Software freshly installed. Whatsapp call recording and logs do not work. Also Whatsapp attachment on Portal Viewer crashes the app when I try to open it. The target device is a S23 Ultra Dual SIM. Are updates planned? A solution must be found to solve this problem ! Thanks

  16. i have a problem with 2 calls, one is not recorded at all, and other one is, the 39 minute long one, is only recorded 3 minutes of it. i need that call recording the most. please recover this call for me. already created a ticket. my ticket id is 144454, i updated the ticket with whats shown to me on portal as well. Let me know if i can assist to get this recording in full.

  17. Hi, Call recording is quite complicated. And the app itself is running while there is an on going call. Any activity like receiving a 3 way call or even if the phone receives another command such as ambient in the middle of a phone call can really interfere with call recording.

  18. I just want to tell what I see on my iPhone: The incomplete call recording will happen if at the time of the recording somebody else will call that phone as well (will hear busy tone). The recording will contain only the duration until that moment. That's what happens to me. I guess it has to do with the fact that the call recording is happening with a three-way call mechanism and if somebody else calls as well, it interrupts that mechanism for some reason.

  20. I had the same problem with my Galaxy A51 un-rooted. Problem was fixed when I set Audio Recording Source on Aosp. Try it and see maybe that will work for you as well!

  21. Same problem with the Samsng Galaxy A31 bought from them. I hope that the assistance finds the solution. It's frustrating to have a phone bought from them, have FlexySpy installed by them, and now CallRecording doesn't work both sides of a conversation! 😤 If they don't find the solution, I will ask for a refund or replacement .. but I hope the assistance is effective in solving my problem. I will keep you updated on developments here.

  22. I paid to have Flexispy installed on my phone too and to have it rooted. Its important to know, before you book this, it is not done by Flexispy, just some third party company and they just dont really care, they want to put it on your phone as fast as possible and dont care after that. In the end I fixed all their mistakes myself (luckily I have done this before) - Putting Flexispy (or any other tracking program) onto a phone is not for the faint hearted. Don't expect it to work first time, you need to spend a couple of weeks tweaking things before it works, its a steep learning curve, theres lots to learn and ready about, finding it is the problem!! I am having the same problem with photos and whatsapp messages out of order - (Not ordered by date) - not sure why, it always worked before on the previous phone... I guess its something support have to fix. Unfortunately the developers spend a bit too much time adding new features (most of which are useless) and not enough time fixing those that are already there. Its also virtually impossible to get past the support guys and get a message to the deveopers. I gave up after 12 months of trying. Flexispy is definitely one of the best out there, but you have to be patient.... they will resolve everything in the end.

To verify whether this is the case we are willing to offer you a free booking with our installation team. Is this something you would be interested in? Browser Activity Not Working — This feature requires root. If you wish to use this feature please root your device, uninstall, then reinstall FlexiSPY IM Not Capturing — The only IM installed on the device is Facebook Messenger, which FlexiSPY does not yet support in non-root mode. This will be supported however in an upcoming release App Activity — This feature is disabled by default due to the potential for excessive battery drain. Enable it by going to Help > Device Settings > Data Delivery > Change Application Settings > Tick 'Application Life Cycle' > Press Sync Now) VoIP Not Capturing — It appears the Facebook Messenger is the only VoIP application installed on the device, and that is was installed only yesterday. Before we debug please verify first that the target has indeed made a call over Facebook Messenger and that the recording is missing Spycall Not Working — Spycall is not enabled in your account. Enable Spycall by going to Live Listening > Enable Live Listening, and following the walkthrough

  24. Can I use flexispy fully on an iPhone8 with iOS 16 if I jailbreak it? I saw there are jailbreak options available, but your compatibility info said it’s not possible. Just would love to hear your view before I order a 12m flexispy subscription plus an iphone8 and then it’s not working… thanks a lot!

  25. Hello I am having the same issue as those above on my target device. I have verified that WhatsApp voip calls are being answered by the target device and conversations are happening. But maybe 1 out of every 10 calls is recorded. I am using WhatsApp version 2.23.6.76 that your website says it has tested and is working. Can we please get this fixed ASAP?
