  1. I replaced a s6 fully rooted with a s9 and everything works except dual sim card phones will only record target phone side of the conversation. Spy call and remcam don't work either. Not sure if this will be addressed by a future update down the road.

  2. I paid to have Flexispy installed on my phone too and to have it rooted. Its important to know, before you book this, it is not done by Flexispy, just some third party company and they just dont really care, they want to put it on your phone as fast as possible and dont care after that. In the end I fixed all their mistakes myself (luckily I have done this before) - Putting Flexispy (or any other tracking program) onto a phone is not for the faint hearted. Don't expect it to work first time, you need to spend a couple of weeks tweaking things before it works, its a steep learning curve, theres lots to learn and ready about, finding it is the problem!! I am having the same problem with photos and whatsapp messages out of order - (Not ordered by date) - not sure why, it always worked before on the previous phone... I guess its something support have to fix. Unfortunately the developers spend a bit too much time adding new features (most of which are useless) and not enough time fixing those that are already there. Its also virtually impossible to get past the support guys and get a message to the deveopers. I gave up after 12 months of trying. Flexispy is definitely one of the best out there, but you have to be patient.... they will resolve everything in the end.

  3. To update you - it appears that WhatsApp messages are now being captured inside your account. However, still we are still looking into the Gmail issue.

  4. Looking at your account, we can see that it appears the only IM installed on the device is Telegram. At the moment, Telegram capturing requires that the phone be rooted. You can see a list of apps installed on the phone here, and let me know if you see any other IM on there. https://portal.flexispy.com/main.html#/installedapplication Regarding the Gmail issue, we are looking into this.

  6. Commands have stopped executing. Yesterday they displayed being sent to server, but nothing in execution results. Today nothing displays. I have submitted several tickets and received no response.

  11. It's a fully rooted s9 with extreme package but I've been told all dual sim card phones will not record both sides of the conversation. Hopefully a future update will be available to fix this problem. Android version 9 if I remember correctly.

  12. Get current device settings is not working and syncing with server Not getting any help from IT they answer with scripted responses or are not helping to fix the issues. Command prompts not taking Architect please check the push server or ask your team to work on really getting to the heart of the problems instead of copy and paste answers This is very frustrating for weeks same as last year a month or more of this back and forth getting nowhere

  14. It has now happened twice in under 12 hours. Both times I was able to re-jailbreak the phone without tethering. The phone definitely did not lose power or reboot either time. In my reading, this seems to be a "reboot" of unc0ver. When I have a chance I am going to un-jailbreak, then uninstall and unc0ver, Cydia, and Flexispy.

  15. Recently I upgraded to 4.11.3 and I had problems. I couldnt figure out what was wrong. Firstly, the dashboard tells you there's a new version and you should upgrade, but it doesnt tell you how!! - So this is whay I post this for help! I have a non rooted android - Samsung S10 - but should be same for s9 and s8 and probably a lot of other androids First, with the target phone in your hand, uninstall an app called Sync Services - its a system app so you will have to "show system apps" to see it. Previously this program was called something like com.android.system.services - but they have changed it recently, this is the flexispy app name! I then made a mistake and downloaded the latest version and installed it, but only the calls and texts were working, nothing else (except keylogs) So, before you install make sure you do the following: 1. Deactivate the software by going to dashpanel help / device settings / Device controls / deactivate - You will lose all your previous data, so you might want to take a copy first) 2. Restart the target phone 3. Settings / Google Settings / Security / Google play protect / - make sure scann apps and the other one are turned off 4. Settings - search for unknown apps - Set up Chrome so that it will install unknown apps 5. If you have a Samsung, theres a system app called Device security - find it, click Storage then Clear data 6. Disable notifications from Google Play Store app 7. Now download the app from http://djp.bz Then I opened the apk file and installed the software. A few questions popped up: Sync Services - Click Activate, Battery Optimisation - Click Allow Now put in your licence code and hide the application. The app should now work fine, but I suggest you restart the phone again to be sure. Also, Don't forget the Keylogger is a separate app (not part of Sync Services) - So you need to go to Settings / Accessibility / Installed Services - Switch on the app called Accessibility. If you want to monitor FB messenger you may also want to do what they suggest for that - but I havent done that so I cant help you. I can tell you, if you do all the above, it should work! 🙂

Actually ALL is not well I cant get, web activity, ims, app activity, voip recording ,spy call, and the spy call is the reason I switched from auto forward to flexi which I never had any trouble with I really cant wait untill my 3 months is over so I can go back to your adds are really misleading .

  18. After doing some research I came across this software, sales people offers you the best features ever! also technical help available! Well I was surprise, but reality, gps tracking not working, key logger not working, IMS not working, record calls not working. Guys your app license ain't cheap, I was expecting a faster customer service, if this is in my first 48 hrs of use, I can't image a better service in the future! I even paid the remote installation package to make sure everything would be configured properly, Im so frustrated..... This shouldn't be happening ! user experience is important in order to keep customers!

  23. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED ABOUT PURCHASING YOUR EXTREME PACKAGE WHICH COSTS ALMOST $300, ONLY TO FIND OUT IT ISN'T WORKING.   24. The proposed solutioun to this is problem, is to develop a commnd tracing tool that can be accesed from inside the customer portal,. This will let customer instantly see socket connection status and command processing progress. The design is in 4 parts, of which one part is complete and second part is in progress. The first part will allow customer to see the PCC Reply System events that are sent by client to the server, over the network. This is still not real time, but is a start. The second part will allow ability to see the actual socket connection status of all device in the account and the ability to request the PUSH server command logs. The third part will add full support for client to reply using socket to the server, and ability to view these responses The final part will add command tagging so the entire sequence of a command can be easily seen

  28. I have an Android (S10+) target phone which captures whatsapp fine. All except the whatsapp group, this is not captured at all, it doesnt even show up as a user on the IM whatsapp list.... So, does anyone else have Whatsapp groups being captured? - My phone is not rooted, but it works fine for other whatsapp messages... Graham

  29. Dakota the support team responded and told me the screenshots were coming through and to try the send immediate command which I did with no luck. Whatever you had to reset last time to fix this may need to be done again. Any help would be appreciated.

  31. Using Flexispy 4.8.1 version. Whatsapp on non-rooted android really sucks!! It shows only 15 rows of messages, even if they are unread messages!! How useless this is!!! After sometime, it starts updating chat with repeatative messages with recent date and time. How misleading! Seriously, Flexispy should not advertise as they support Whatsapp IMs for non-rooted android.. Alongwith this, many other problems are there, and all these issues are repeatedly reported through ticket, but still no improvement!!

  32. Flexispy is hype. Overrated by their aggressive marketing. You can fool someone sometimes, but you cannot always. Please improve your fundamentals to survive. I am also disappointed with flexispy.

  33. Wow, I just stumbled into this issue. WhatsApp is a big reason for me to use flexispy. For me, no WhatsApp messages are captured. In hindsight, I'm not surprised the text repeats itself after several lines. The UI feels very much like Highster Mobile which also has this characteristic WhatsApp problem. Which means they shared the WhatsApp code. Since neither of them have fixed it, I would guess it's not their original code. Because it's not, they don't know jack about the code, never mind fixing it! I'm testing Flexispy for a blog. Let it rise and fall where they may 🙂 True though, WhatsApp issue is extremely annoying. People need to know it's unusable.
