Apps not auto update

I cannot update the flexispy apps from app version 2.22.5 to 2.23, on a rooted Android phone,the dashboard command, when I give command it shows the sync command as OK, but till now the app doesn't get updates, more over it stop syncing all the IM, call logs, photos etc, for the past 9 hours. The target device is connected to the internet all the time. Kindly help me some one

I am having the same problem, would appreciate some advice on how to solve this issue.

if you're able to be close to the spyphone, send an sms command and see if it's hidden or not. if it's visible then the remote update failed and flexispy was only removed and not updated. then you need to re-install manually the new version
