Flexiyspy not connecting with the phone

I purchased the Flexispy today and got it installed by you guys 4 hours ago. It worked and downloaded some information at that time, since then I was not able to connect with the phone. Anytime I send a request to connect, it say either send a SMS, which you guys charge ridiculous amount for or send it via network which will take an hour to execute. It has been 4 hours since I sent the request and still the commands are in pending status. On the dashboard it says synced 4 hours ago. I am not sure if this is because you guys wanna sell your expensive SMS service or I got scammed. The phone has been under my surveillance so I know for sure that it has not been tempered. Before I purchased this service, I was told that Flexispy provide 24/7 service, and now I was told that they cannot help me very rudely and asked me to wait for someone from technical team reply within a day. Could you please let me know, what's going on?

In my account, it is showing the SMS messages that are being sent TO the targets phone but it's not showing the ones that are sent FROM the targets phone. It is a non rooted Android phone, I believe it is an galaxy S7 version. Please help! Downloading and activating the account, I had no issues there.

Hi everyone, i have an issue with outgoing messages not showing on dashboard report . I can see all the incoming sms. i know for sure she is immediatly deleting the texts after she sent, I thought flexispy captures all the SMS as soon as they start typing. please help. target phone samsung galaxy s7.

Out on the market is an app called Phone Backup.

I am pretty sure that the app is signed with a dev.cert., because on the installation process is popping up a warning message: "Application is for development use only. Continuing installation may cause serious problems to your device. Continue?"

As far as I know, is not legal to distribute (sell) an app signed with an dev. cert.

Actually I have contacted symbiansigned.com (I am registered user on developer.symbian.org forum)and they reply to me:

" It is against our legal Terms and Conditions to distribute applications using developer certificates. Can you let us know where you purchased the software from? You should not install any untrusted applications like this to your phone."

Even L.T., an Chief Engineer at Nokia in Finland (Senior Technology Expert at Nokia, Accredited Symbian Developer and S60 Accredited Developer) reply to me: "Definitely against Symbian Signed's terms and conditions."

I did some inquiry about Dimans Ltd. (Companies House Agency 2404 Palisade Aveunstarred, London WC1B 3XD United Kingdom Phone: +44 303-253-0500 Fax: +44 303-253-050). Guess what: there is no company registered with this name in UK. Not even an offshore company.

Strings are leading to some guy located in my country...

I might be wrong, but apparently this is an unbranded version of Mobile-Spy app. (Internet version), dedicated probably for resellers. Please have a look on both GUI (similarities are more than obviously):

So, in this case, Retina-X Studios are in trouble because they are selling a dev.cert. signed app.?

I did some testing on boths app.:

1. Are not invisible at all on the target phone: can be easily spotted in Mngr.App list, and its visible as well if the target phone is connected to Nokia PC Suite. Go to Manager app. folder > INSTAPP text folder > view all installed apps, including that "stealth" Phone Backup.

2. Internet version is using just one APN (you have to configure that on target phone, on installation process), so if the target phone user is changing the sim-card issued by another carrier, than no more reports on web account. Pretty sad...

3. Absolutely curious, but this app have no "uninstall" option. How do they pass symbian testing criteria?

4. No remote commands. Once installed on the target phone, this app. can not be disabled if you don't have direct access to the target phone. No chance for "install and forget".

5. For sms forarding version: if target phone is running out of credit, app. is useless. Moreover, after 10-14 days (depends on traffic, if the target phone is receiving sms and phone calls), app. will be disabled by the OS because the internal memory will be on maximum load capacity.

As part of competetive analysis, I decided to purchase a copy of Mobisteath ANDROID and install it. We noticed that soon after activation, they blocked our access. When asked why, we were told that they were looking at customer logs, and saw the CELL ID ( not GPS cos we never got that to work), and they say that it was near our offices. For that reason, they asked us to explain our relationship with FlexiSPY

I was gobsmacked for two reasons.

1. Why were they looking at customer logs for no reason.

2. Why were they so naive to put this in writing to us.

Im only describing my personal reaction and I making no points about the privacy of your data with a Pakistani company. This is for you to decide.

What we would like is someone help us get a copy of the software so we can review it for the community, in depth, so that you can have the facts to make up your mind which is the best android spyphone software for you. Would anyone like to post a review of their product here?

PS: We can promise you that all customer data on FlexiSPY servers is locked down, and no member of staff, including the MD, can ever have access to it without written permission. Support staff do have access, but they are required to get a written request and permission from the customer ( this is in the email or the live chat log) , and this then has to be recorded and signed off by the Support Manager.
