I FELL SCAMMED

Problems are
1 the program is not tracking messanger.
2 it's NOT tracking Yahoo Email.
3 It's Impossible to listen since yesterday recorded Phone calls
4 in whatssap messages doesn't shows Voice messages, Photos and it's hard to understand who is writing what because the time sometimes is wrong and the order as well
5 on the recorded phone calls is possible to hear only the target voice and not the other.
6 web Activity it's Not tracked.
7 Target phone has sent dozen of visible sms to my number anytime receive or makes a phone call. ( I know because it's not root etc etc... )
8 I can NOT see some contants Phone number
9 the support it's ridicoulsy low level. to get an answer I have to wait like 1 day and not always i got one. Plus the only answer i have received on many ticked it's been a link to a FAQ page or the problem is " because target phone its NOT root. OK so I have paid for a team member to install, and He didn't excecute the Root Why ? After 2 days anothe answer on all the prblems I have got :" samsung 10 cannot be root because we don't know what happen if we do that". So i should have been atleast informed don't you think ?.

So What Should I do.... ? what did I pay for ? to read some whatssap message in wrong time, impossible to distinguish who is writing what ? well For that WHATSSAPP WEB works much better and it's free. I feel RUBBED !

and just this morning support it's only answering me sending me links links links never a direct answer and all links and answer ..? in deutch NOT in english ...SCAMMER. I asked my money back we'll see

Does not send data when switchning Networks

The target phone does not send data over to the server when it switches network from Wifi > Mobile Data (or vice versa). It just keeps on accepting commands but does not actually relay those said commands, not until the target phone resets. It's such a hassle. I feel like I am not getting my money's worth with all the issues I am having with FlexiSpy.

I have had the software barely one month and November 13th ALL APP SCREENSHOTS have suddenly stopped. I can only see key log information which is so frustrating because you can’t tell what the other party is saying. I can’t use ambient, remvideo, app activity, or ANYTHING. I paid for the EXTREME ANNUAL package. The phone says active and I do see calls BUT I have to click on call log, there is no icon of how many calls. Nothing shows up. I just have to click on something. 😣 I’ve reached out to support many times on this issue with no help. Could someone PLEASE help me?? I feel scammed. I am trying to be hopeful.

Whatsapp IM for non-rooted sucks!!

Using Flexispy 4.8.1 version. Whatsapp on non-rooted android really sucks!! It shows only 15 rows of messages, even if they are unread messages!! How useless this is!!!

After sometime, it starts updating chat with repeatative messages with recent date and time. How misleading!

Seriously, Flexispy should not advertise as they support Whatsapp IMs for non-rooted android..

Alongwith this, many other problems are there, and all these issues are repeatedly reported through ticket, but still no improvement!!

Location doesn't work. Just get a blank screen that refreshes more blank screen. Works ok through the web portal though.

The video section is useless! Need to allow more space. Not to be able to see video because it is too large. Sorry but 33 seconds is tiny. Also to show where it came from and who it came from would be an idea as well, especially since you can't view them. One more option that would be nice is the keylogger to be able to capture the incognito section. It is the worst for sneaky behavior.

1. Cannot send the command from the app, at least the ambient record need this function

2. Finger print to log in

3. loading speed slower than website, this is a critical problem, otherwise i rather use the website

4. the ambient record unable to play directly

5. unable to get higer resolution photo for view

6. for wechat custom enimation or calling or any thing unable to capture that should have a default caption to replace it. example"unable capture content" something like this

7. for timeline function is awsome! but it should show who is the one send the msg, incoming or outgoing

8. for location page, there is no last update time

9. unable to play voice msg in wechat log

FLEXIVIEW BUGS

Creates a second instance of playing the call recording when listening to call recording is interrupted by a phone call and the call is terminated at which time two of the same recordings are playing simultaneously where the original call recording picks up where it left off and the overlapping call recording starts playing from the beginning.
Photos do not view in full size when small photo is pressed.
Login screen text boxes are not visible easily.
App logs off automatically and should stay logged on until user logs off and give notifications when new data is uploaded.
Ambient recording don't play.
SMS messages show only one side of conversation at a time. Need to show both sides of conversation AND show both sides of all conversations just like on the web portal.
Basically, the app Needs to show everything like the portal shows.
Need to be able to save audio files to a spot on the phone.
