Google Play Protect Issue

I realize this forum is not for support and I have read that there is an appropriate community forum for us to discuss this matter but it appears to be inaccessible.

I am not here seeking support and I will gladly discuss elsewhere if that becomes an option.

In the meantime, I would like to communicate with the individuals effected by the brand new Google Play Protect Issue removing the software each day even though it is fully disabled.

I think FlexiSpy is an incredible product and I hope to continue using it indefinitely however it has currently been rendered non-functional by a new security scan.

FlexiSpy support has responded to me and stated that they have escalated my case to a supervisor. I will relay any help and help information I receive to this group.

I am hopeful there is a quick resolution to this issue as I would like to keep doing business with FlexiSpy and not go elsewhere.

Don't know why (but I've my idea ?) Flexispy and Spyera are so similar...
Same interface, same functions, ecc. ecc.
One of these company has been founded by someone who has worked
together...the software is just identical.

Samsung J7 2017 dual sim - Limited mode 1

Be careful to use dual sim phone with Flexispy...I've rooted a Samsung J7 2017 dual sim and installed Flexispy and it works only in limited mode 1, not full. This is certainly related to the dual sim architecture of the phone. Bear in mind that in limited mode 1 you can't intercept phone calls, recording surrounding conversations, send hidden sms commands and more...
It's not a problem if you are interesting only in IM chats, SMS (only few persons still use them) or locations, or if you are not willing to buy the EXTREME version of Flexispy for economical reasons.
The procedure for rooting this model is quite simple to follow even without install a custom TPRW,

You need also to install Titanium Backup app to remove SecurityLogAgent from the device, if not, an alert message will pop up on the phone very often.

Just to say Flexispy is able to intercept also Telegram secret chats!
Don't know another software in the world that can do the same!
Hope the engineers will do in the future their best to improve every
day this software and add useful functions like the lastest (IM screenshots) wich
are really powerful.
Knowledge is power!
I suggest all the customers to switch off the autoupdate function on google play for all the app,
to assure that flexispy can do his job for longtime.
Don't forget also to switch off google play protect!

Youtube - feature required

When the target use the youtube app to display videos flexispy can't register those events.
It would be a nice feature to add. Videos displayed by the target could be much useful for thousands reasons.

please am I the only person havin issues with latest whatsapp version?

using flexi extrem, software is superb. However, it lacks the update of whatsapp...

keylogs records whatsapp activities, VoIP records whatsapp activities.

but no way to catch updates?.

support team says unless they update to catch up with whatsapp version.

Uninstall/re-install issue

Can anyone assist? Installed software on an Infinix 4 Hot Pro. No data from device. Been trying to uninstall the software to re-install. No luck. Any ideas? Tech support suggested I turn off security in Google Settings. There doesnt seem to be google settings on this device.

Target hears what sounds like speaker phone with an open mic for a few seconds then goes away.....

May be when I call the target and hit mute or when I'm listening and do some other function on my phone at the same time... Not sure. But target is thinking it's someone listening in... Any help here on how to use this feature less detected? Target is now looking at mic blocking apps to prevent anyone from listening in... Ideas? I did put in a ticket btw. But no answers yet..

My target uses the microphone to text.. if I have ambeint recoding on the mic does not work for texting... while I'm recording.. Work around for this issue?

On my Target phone Galaxy S6 an empty sink pop-up comes up. Target getting very suspicious. I've sent screenshots in to tech support price and can't seem to figure out what's causing it. Full service phone is rooted. Any ideas?

I do not know if the subject has been already discussed but in whatsapp messages I can not see the icons but only the escape characters. It's not a big deal but I wanted to know if it will be resolved in the next releases ...

Just to say that Flexispy full support TELEGRAM 4.1.1
They advertised othervise, saying only TELEGRAM 3.17.1
is supported.
The target phone currently upload all the TELEGRAM
chats without any problems:

COMMANDS SENT TO TARGET DEVICE TRIGGER NOTIFICATIONS

When commands to the target device were received a notification was sounded on the device making them aware of the program. Has anyone had thil s happen before? The device is the latest LG that has not been rooted as of yet and thought I had all settings covered but when I listen to an ambient recording and have sent a command you can hear an alert that sounds. Thats about all I know at this point and wondered if it has happened to others. Tried to get sample uploaded but I'm not to tech savy.

Don't know if I'm the only one, but I bought a Flexispy licence one month ago, tried to open numerous tickets, tried to reset the password for the ticket system, but till now I didn't get any response.

The phone stopped to upload any data since 08 of august besides whatsapp messages and the positions (the positions were uploaded but they refer always to the last position of 08/08/2017 without any changes)

Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.

Flexispy only updating whatsapp and location data

My flexispy has stopped uploading any other data besides whatsapp and location info. Everything else has stopped working. It is not taking sums commands either. Send immediate via network goes thru eventually but no data comes back. The whatsapp updates just fine. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Bonjour, sur un galaxy s4 , le play protect a détecté et desactivé le flexispy installé depuis longtemps.Comment désactiver la vérification des applications dans play protect ?

On ne peut desactiver l'application google play donc comment faire pour desactiver play protect?

J'ai déjà soumis un ticket et la réponse a été évasive ,en attendant je ne réinstalle pas flexispy et paye pour rien .

After months of smooth running, the Android security system detected the Flexispy software as a trojan. The owner of the target device then deleted the app entirely. I'm not sure what prompted security detection. I'm going to try to reinstall the software in the near future. Any tips to not have the software detected?

I want to buy a new mobile phone to specifically to install and use flexibly on, could any current users recommend a mobile which best works with this this software. I don't want to get phone which may cause me problems now or later using flexibly.

Call recording is only recording the target phone's end of the conversation.

Call Recording only record's the target phone's end of the conversation. It does that fine, but fails to get any of the other phone's end of things. Anyone have thoughts, suggestions, etc.?

Has anyone else had the experience where support closes a ticket BEFORE verifying that the issue has been resolved? Every time a person from support responds, they close the ticket, as if the problem was solved, when they have no idea whether it was solved or not.
