	does anyone know what  "<strong>perfect root warranty </strong>is"
</p>

	During my Rooting and software install that I paid $39 for the technician to do the remote install he said I had to also purchase the above perfect root for $89 to continue and sent me a link to pay this, so I reluctantly did.
</p>

<p>
	The rooting failed and couldn't be done on my phone so I asked for my money back under the money back guarantee and I got the $39 back but not the $89
</p>

<p>
	I have submitted 5 requests to have this refunded and explained without any reply so I'm asking the community for help. What is it and why did I have to have it and why was I not told I needed this before hand.

	My target is a galaxys6..  it has a pop up "sycsettings" that shows up on running functions page that everyone clears with the square button that stops apps from running.. The pop up is empty and the second you touch it it goes away...  Any ideas?   If I spy call or query the unit for info via the dashboard it will pop up..  on a quiet day with out doing that there is no pop ups.... Any help? I have sent numerous tickets but no help to fix yet..  I may need the target a PC and tech to remote in...  Rooted, and new phone. No other issues...

	is there a way for remcam to choose which camera it uses? front/back? because i took 6 shots, and 1 of them is the front facing camera, and the other 5 are back.

	I bought this software for a galaxy s6.  This phone cannot be rooted so I had to stick with the non rooted version of flexispy. 
</p>

<p>
	Most of the features work okay,  but ambient scheduling doesn't work at all.   I set up many scheduled recordings but none of them worked.  I emailed support and "TOPHER" just kept giving excuses.   First he told me to make sure the phone was idle which it was since I was looking right at it,  then he told me to restart the target phone and it still didn't work.

	Has anyone actually got ambient scheduling to work?
</p>

<p>
	Also manual ambient recording only record a max of 15 minutes no matter how long you choose.

	I have the premium service on a rooted Android. So far everything works as described except for a few options. First being I can see the Facebook messages but it states from unknown without an avatar? Has anyone else had this issue and it there a fix to this? Also the new contacts were transferred from a SD card then downloaded to the device ( the target device does not have a SD slot ) so I am not seeing all the contacts. I've sent commands for the updated contact book but no luck as of yet. Any advice will help.

	Am I correct to assume that the key log function distinguishes the difference between keys typed for user name for example and keys typed in password fields?<br>
	I tried the key log function out and I receive my username when entered, and then followed by a series of dots for my password input.

	Maybe I am missing something but on the blog site, there is a post regarding the introduction of the brand new keylogger in which it states: <br>

	I am very surprised that there is no update of Flexispy for iphone since January! That's just too much...I am always getting answer from support that they are on testing phase...really? for 5 months? That is just not credible, why just not say the truth?? Like we are no longer supporting any new updates for iphone in the future, or we are not able technically to provide new updates, or even we no longer have a team to work on iphone.

	I have got the lot of problemsmany times in the last month since the issue problem with the server.

	I have open many tickets and every time getting answers which didn't help. 
</p>

	Problems are suddenly solved and few hours later other problems started. 
</p>

<p>
	Until now the application doesn't work properly or at all.
</p>

<p>
	Losing and missing many logs specially locations and record calls/voip.
</p>

<p>
	Passwords/Passcode was never working by me , respond from support is that it's not supported on android 4 and up ( already 2.5 years)
</p>

<p>
	I Will be interested to know if someone have got the same problems. 
</p>

<p>
	And I hope that with our comments we can help flexispy to solve and update features.

	I recently ipurchased and installed the latest version of Flexispy (extreme) on a rooted Android phone. While testing the programmes features I noticed several annoying details:
</p>

<p>
	- although phone was online several times for short periods, the entry in the dashboard indicates  "last conneced 12 hours ago"
</p>

<p>
	- while  logging in and even after the procedure it takes a long time till the dashboard sreen appears, and still not offering any logs (as mentioned above)
</p>

<p>
	So at the moment the app is of no use for me, considering to ask for refund.
</p>

<p>
	Has anyone knowledge of the hackon flexispy servers that took place in April 2017? Is the system still not up to premium performance?

	Something we got caught out on was our teenage daughter installing Apps to the point the phone had no viable space left and was sluggish to the point screen lag made it almost unusable. (Yes we did tell her not to install loads of apps....)

	If the phone gets to this stage Flexispy will not update when you attempt to update via the dashboard.  
</p>

<p>
	I'm not sure how / if at all the monitoring is affected when a phone has reached critical mass, but, supervision is still needed to make sure your kids don't try and cram the AppStore onto their phone and prevent you updating the software.
</p>

<p>
	On a side note if the Flexispy App could report in the dashboard the available space on the device or simply provide a low space warning for the device it would be useful. 
</p>

<p>So I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right spot or not, but I just recently purchased flexispy got everything set up and was working fine for about 4 hours. Then it stopped sending updates or anything at all. I contacted support through email about 3-4 times no response, was able to get ahold of the live chat once but they were not able to help. So my hopes in posting here is that either someone with the problem before found a way to fix it or maybe the support on the forums are better at getting around to things. I ran a forced SMS or (send immediate) command through text and got this after several minutes;</p>
<p>key exchange error (-350), java.lang.Exception: KeyExchange Error: null</p>
<p>If anyone could help that would be great. Like i said was working fine for a few hours then just stopped now this is 4 days later.</p>
