Ordinateur non connecté à l'application depuis 8 jours, que faire ?

L'application n'est plus connectée à l'ordinateur cible depuis 8 jours et je ne peux malheureusement faire aucune manipulation physique sur l'appareil.

J'avais déjà eu ce problème ultérieurement pendant 3/4 jours et l'application avait redémarrée après que j'ai touché quelques boutons sur la plateforme.

Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

I just discovered this forum and I have A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS. Maybe they have already been answered previously. I was about to by the Flexispy apps to place on her phone. It is an LG phone (I don't know what model at this stage). Before I pay for the package, Can I install it on her phone without knowing her unlock pattern.? If not, do you have any suggestions?

When the audio of a call or the surrounding is recorded on a target device, it seems that it is sent automatically and directly to my account on your server.
You say that this function is completely undetected for the user of the target device but if the upload of lets say one hour recording is done on his data-bundle,
he will notice for sure a decrease of his data limit.
I use another app at this moment and there I have the option to upload data from the target device only when a wifi connection is detected.
How is that with your app, the same? I tried to get this question answered by you live-chat but was kicked before I got an answer.

Hello, after installation target device connected to server. Right after installation I changed on the dashboard the delivery method to WiFi. But the target device never connected to WiFi. Thus no data transferred to server. One of the support staff recommended to send a remote sms command to change the setting of delivery method to „all available“. Another told me that the change of the delivery method will only be done after target device is connected to a WiFi connection even if this sms command would be sent. But in this case it would not be an advantage to send a sms command because the change of delivery method is already stated in the pending command list and will be executed once target device would be connected to a WiFi. So my question if the setting of the delivery method by sending a sms command would really not lead to the wished effect that the software on target device will change the delivery method to „all available“ even if never connected to a WiFi? As I understand your non jalibreak solution needs the applid and p/w. if I go this route what will be shown on the icloud account when flexispy accesses it. No multi auth setup but I don't want them to see that anything has obtained access. also I'm hoping this will only be needed 2 or 3 times at the max so I prefer to do more if a bulk analysis. this way I'm sure the phone doesn't have multi auth setup. but if they did setup multi auth what would happen or what would they see or be notified of?? it's an iphone with 10.?.? IOS. Whatever the latest level is.

I don't really know much about rooting, and I would much rather just like the phone to be done right, does this work most of the time and would it be pretty easy for me to let them do it? About how long does This process take? And is there anything anything on the phone that makes it visible what I am doing during the root process? Thank you for all of your help and time.

I have a new, not registered ( yet) ,zte model z796cb01 4.1.2. I would like to purchase the Flexispy, mainly for the ambient recording. I am very new at this, and I am "smart phone" challenged. Hi ,

i would like to address a big issue with the Galaxy S 5 running a Version 5.0 . Uploads are from 2% to 0% allthough connection is being established with the servers .

Before switching to the Galaxy S 5 i have asked via mail support to confirm they can support the device , they replied that its no problem and that i can proceed .

That was Aprl 7th !! Today April 24 i have 2% of Updates , even with the server problems and updates an a Galaxy S3 and S4 i have 60% to 70% updates and services .

Supports asks me everytime if the Target is connected in the Internet all the time ! Of Course it is ......having a 4G connection and WIFI most of the day .....and Full Rooted !!

I have done two fresh installations since April 7th with Zero Results so far only Call Bugging being working ! So one feature is working on my Yearly Extreme account for 3 weeks now !!

So they question is what to do now ?? Will be there a new update on the software or is just the Servers Problems ? Today April 24 is the day that Servers upgrades and maintanance will be Complete according to the Login Portal Notification .........Hope tomorrow April 25 all will be back to normal .

Installing in another country

I will be installing the software in one country but it will be used in a neighbouring country. I noticed in the FAQs that this is not recommended. Should I go ahead anyway?

I believe my monitoring requirements will be fairly basic and so I will subscribe to the basic plan. If I need more features, can I upgrade at anytime?

The target phone will be a Xiaomi Redmi 2. (Android). Do you have any experience with this phone?

I think it is dual SIM, but most likely only one card will be used.

It is probably going to be connected to the Internet all the time through the data plan, but if the data is turned off and there is only occasional WiFi connection, will everything still work? I don't really need real-time monitoring

My main requirements are geolocation and chat records of my teenage daughter. Just to make sure she is not heading in the wrong direction.
