Activation Problem

Hi there,

Downloaded flexispy on target phone. Dialed the number for activation *#900900900 and entered my flexikey then it said there is a network error. I restarted the target phone and tried again, but the problem hasn't been fixed

I want to 1st buy ProX and install and test on my Evo Then in 2 wks install on My daugt Evo. Do I have to re buy the softwear (pay twice) or just once and install to my daugt phone. Then uninstall form MY phone aft i tested it.

Also Can I download softwear to computer and later strait to Evo (without internet) or it has to be strait from the internet

FACE vs Android Light

Is there a post detailing the functional differences and feature differences between FACE vs Android Light? What updates/ugrades would be seen in Light?

In other words, since the FACE versions are expiring, what improvements if any are there with the Light version if FACE users were to upgrade? Or would Light be the same as FACE in terms of function and features?

Is there a detailed changelog comparing the versions?

For example, with Light, is mbackup still visible as a running application?

Can you manage the reporting itervals / events in a different manner or is it the same?

Is the web login interface the same? same reports available or new ones added?

Is the Light manual available pre-sale so that one could look it over to see the differences? if so , what is the link to download the light manual? Or again, is it essentially the same as the FACE manual?

Also, once the FACE license expires, can it still be uninstalled properly from the phone and fully removed? or does the license still need to be active for uninstall to work properly from the phone? Does the uninstall of FACE have to happen prior to installation of Light?

odd calls showing on reports for target phone

I have successfully place FACE on to a Moto Droid and have some questions about the information that I am receiving on reports. My first question is about a odd call that keeps showing up. It shows as: 3 VOICE IN Incoming 0:02:08 -2 23/10/10 13:56:47 23/10/10 14:13:14 Basically it is saying that a 2 minute phone call was received. The number that called the target phone is 2, that's it, just 2. How is that possible.

The other question is more of a problem. There are times that I know where the target phone is and no need to have GPS information, other times I do not know where it is at want to get reports more frequently than I originally set up with more hits for direction of travel. When I send a text command to the target phone from my phone, it shows up as a text message that is readable. An example of one such message is <*#52><1><8> The target phone was able to view the message, and the setting was not changed.I can however change the setting manually on the phone by *#FlexiKey and then manually manipulate the settings.

Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

can't log in anymore

Hey guys, I was just (5 minutes ago) able to log into my flexispy web account, not it won't accept passwords, and when I hit the forgot password button it tells me my userId is invalid. if this because the free edition of flexispy for android is no longer in use? my license wasn't set to expire until may 14th I believe if that makes a difference.

Incredible Memory problem

Hello i know some other users are experiencing the same problem as i am. It seems that many sms messages are not being transferred. I believe, in my case at least, that it is due to a problem with the phones memory. Many of the htc incredible have had issues with low memory, which i believe is causing this problem. if anybody has figured this out please let me know. i am going to make the logs send sooner and clear up some of the memory to see if it will get rid of the lost data problem.

GPS AND LOGGING ISSUES

I am having issues witht he gps showwing that instread of being in kentucky, yesterday it was in Illinois and today Tennessee, which the target phone was not in either state or anywhere remotely close to them. Also a lot of calls and text do not show up on the target phones file, you will see responses to text messages that do not show up. Or calls that I know went to the target pahone don't show up either.

Any suggestions or ideas?

A couple SMS's are not showing within online logs

Is there a certain amount of time an SMS must be on the phone before it is submitted to the online database? I received an SMS, replied, then I deleted it within a couple of minutes. Those two messages never showed up in the back office. I wonder if this could also happen with phone logs, I have not had a chance to test it just yet. I want to put it to the test. I have a solid IT background with some programming experience as well.

If there is a window of opportunity the messages have to remain on the phone then that is an issue. It most cases of trying to catch someone up to something is when they do delete messages within moments of arrival.

If the window is true, I propose that there is a temporary hidden location that it stores the activity(Phone, SMS, etc) until the report can be sent incase the SMS/Phone logs were to be deleted. Android CE could simply refer to the temp log file and flush them once there are successfully uploaded to the server.

I will keep you posted.

I am wondering how to install this on my wifes phone with out her knowing i haft to be prepared because she watches me like a hawk.

1. do you need to have the sim card in the phone in order to install software, in addition does haft to be the targets sim card in the phone or can it be any sim card.

2.is the software downloaded to the phone or the simcard.

DROID 2 Power Issues

I purchased a DROID 2 yesterday and installed FACE on it as soon as I left the store. The installation was simple and everything seems to be working flawlessly....with one exception: The battery died completely in less than 8 hours when running the software. I had originally set FACE to poll GPS every minute to test. I then changed this to hourly. I set the minimum events to 15 and the timer to 1 hour.

The target user told me that they were having battery issues, so I remotely disabled the GPS, and set the minimum events to 250 and the timer to 6 hours. The phone completely died less than 3 hours later.

I have a few questions:

1. If the GPS is enabled, but unable to target a location, does it continue to repeatedly attempt a location until it gets one, or does the timer restart upon an unsuccessful location query?

2. I understand that the program is always running continuously in the background, but does anyone know if this puts a constant heavy load on the battery? The battery has been hot to the touch several times while not in use.

I have adjusted the polling intervals....and hopefully this does the trick....or I may have to uninstall from the target device...which I DO NOT want to do.

I have read several posts here about battery, gps etc all is ok and you have solve many of my questions.

I will install the Free version of FlexySpy for Android in a Samsung Galaxy S.

I'm from Europe, I want to know if:

1-Will it work well in this cellular?

2-What can I do with visibility? I wont be able to have the cellular near for long so this can be a problem.

If there are any trace or a file with flesiSPY on it etc.

3-And can I unistall it remotely after the 3 month use?

I installed android trail to my samsung galaxy S. The 1st day it was great. I did monitored gps tracking, calls sms. I found

it shows any languaged sms.. What a great..

And I deleted records, then nothing stocked. Also config on target phone (testing phone) was checked. No problem at al.

Capture ENABLED, I adjusted event # to 500. Previous testing was 50 only..

What's problem? I got a warning message during log in. But I don't think it is logging matter. Because I am sucessful in logging.

I have had flexispy installed on my daughter’s phone for about a week and My Wife and I Love it. Our Daughter is a sneaky one, she sends about 6000 text a month,, whew! With Flxispy we have been able to outsmart her. Anyway it was very easy to install and very easy to use. I do however wish that it would combine the phone numbers with the address book. Also are there any plans of being able to see forwards and Picture Messages..

I do not know how to use a droid efficiently, I have only owned iphones. I have noticed when I used the target phone (while being watched and checked to make sure I do no extra snooping) previously it tracks the recent applications i opened, browser search history, etc. Would someone tell me the steps I need to take to make sure that the web address doesn't pop in the browswer and application doesn't show as recently used. Also does it show on the list of running applications? I know he looks at those sometimes when his battery is dying too fast and turns them off.

Not Syncing Realtime

Target Phone is Droid 2 - Verizon

SMS / LOC seem to only sync up with online db when the phone is rebooted. Is there a setting that needs updated so that it will stay in sync - realtime? This is my own phone for the time being so I cant send it "system checks". If I reboot the phone then the online system will get the new SMS messages / LOC's but not unless I reboot the phone. Below are the processes I see running on the phone currently: I believe these are all the necessary processes to keep the phone syncing with the online db.

Does the phone have to have an internet connection to sync?

worked for 12 hours then never connected to server

i installed the program on the target phone and it was working good in the morning and through out the day then at about 9pm it had its last contact with the server and never reconnected, i sent the <*#62> and i didnt get any response, i donno if it showed up as a text or if the mbackup crashed or got turned off some how.

any ideas? i dont have 100% access to the phone at the moment or i would just try rebooting it

i need an i idea before i get to the phone hopefully tonight or soon

Ive been with these guys with other phones for about two years. Excellent service and everything does what its suppose to. All you have to do is enter everything exactly as instructed. But, there is one thing that is a dead give away with the Pro-X version. When the target phone receives a call from the monitor phone (call intercept feature on), the screen lights up as if someone is calling in. Or, when the target phone is in use, the the user of the phone will hear a beep. I saw that this was eliminated on the windows version of Pro-X. I sure hope the guys at FLEXI can make this with the new version for the Droid also. (hint hint)

I accidently downloaded the program to the target phone multiple times. I've since activated the program but it still is showing the downloads in the download history. I don't know how to get rid of the download history.??? It's very visible!

Hi All,

I have just bought a Samsung Galaxy 5, and loaded with the FlexiSpy for 2 days. Here are what I have found :

1. On the first day, I noticed that the battery was getting weaker far too quick - approx 3 hours from full charge to almost zero. I think probably because the GPS was set to send the location every 10mins. I adjusted to 40mins, but does not improve too much. So on 2nd day, i turned it off. Is this normal that the battery gets weaker faster after FlexiSpy is installed?

2. Location of GPS - at times, it was off by approx 1km, in some areas it was about 0.5km. It was used during the 1st day, and the area was commercial area, and residential areas. Normal GPS eg garmin, was ok at about less than 50m. Is this normal?

Apart from these 2, so far it has worked fine - it was easy to install, and practically, it does what it is supposed to do. By the way, I am residing in Malaysia.

I have a few questions about some things:

1. What is the dimension of the log send by FlexiSpy on the internet (supose its have > 70 events).

2. If the app sends log every hour it will be (from cost view) more expensive ? but if will sends at 4 hours a bigger log ?

3. If there are conflicts between FlexiSpy and antivirus or TaskManager programs. Its there any chance when FlexiSpy can be block or seen by any of this type of programs and discover what it does in fact or the state of suspicious activity ?

4. If the phone is completely reset (factory reset) the FlexiSpy will be deleted or disabled ?

5. Can be installed another spy program with the FlexiSpy active on the same device ?

6. If the SIM card changes the FlexiSpy will continue to work as before ?
