  4. Hi Yelazu! FlexiVIEW is our app that let's you view your FlexiSPY data from your phone. However, we just released a brand new version which lets you get Notifications anytime there's new captured data + a ton of other new stuff like create and manage custom alerts. It's really great. The new version is available for Android. iPhone should be ready next week. If you were already using FlexiVIEW for Android in the past, you will need to delete the old app and download the new one using the instructions inside your online account We are still working on our announcements for it so you're one of the first to know!   6. Hi Renken, Anytime you create a ticket, or receive a reply from FlexiSPY support, you should receive an email notification to the email address you used to create the ticket. However, if you wish to easily see and manage a history of all tickets you've created and their replies, you can create an account on the Support Portal. Here's how: Note the email address associated with your FlexiSPY account From your FlexiSPY Dashboard, create a support ticket (Help > Contact Support) Create an account on the Support Portal. These models support Enhanced Call Recording, can be bootloader patched, run FlexiSPY in complete hidden mode, and support Ambient recording and WhatsApp perfectly. You can pick up either from our EXPRESS store. We will root the device and bootload patch it for you, and deliver it direct to your door with FlexiSPY already installed.   9. Hi Laury, Are you saying you can't login to the portal on any device? We can give you access to a remote desktop environment with windows installed. If you can login through it, then this means the issue stems from your device. If you're interested let me know
  10. Hi Megan. Thanks for your question! If I delete messages from portal do they delete on the device? No If the person has deleted in the target device will they then disappear from the portal If FlexiSPY has already captured the SMS and it is appearing in your portal, then it will not matter if the person deletes the message from their phone

  13. Hi Pee. We've tested on one of our own phone's which is on One UI 5.1, and don't see the issue. You should be able to find accessibility here Settings > Accessibility > Installed apps > Accessibility If you don't see it then it is likely that FlexiSPY has been removed from the phone. If you're sure FlexiSPY is still installed on the phone then you could help us by taking a screen recording of what you see when you go into Installed Apps.

  15. Hi Sunny. You're saying you sent messages to the target phone, then got the target phone in your hand and deleted the messages from the phone, but that the deleted messages don't appear in your FlexiSPY portal? Please confirm
