  1. If it says active on my dashboard when I log in does that mean that the software has not been deleted?
  2. I can log in now but still not updating.It's been 6 days now since I have received anything.
  3. The problem with reinstalling it is I have already done it twice and it will work for about three hours then it stops updating again.
  4. I wish mine would work.It still hasn't updated in in 11 hours now.Like I said reinstalled it and it worked for about 3 hours and that was it.
  5. I did reinstall the software and it actually worked for about 3 hours and now it has not update for 7 hours.I think it is a flexispy problem too.
  6. I have not got any updates for 3 days now.Is anybody else having this problem?
  7. When I try to log in it says that customer support will be out on dec 31 to Jan 1.I have sent several emails the last three days and have not gotten any responses. I guess they got there dates wrong about when they would be out.
  8. My question is is all thelse data still going to be uploaded to the server when it updates again
  9. Ok cool.I did check my account and it is still active and it says it has not updated in 2 days
  10. Is there anyway for me to find out if the software has been removed from the target phone without having to have the target phone in hand.It has been two days and nothing has update on the target phone.
