  2. Hi, After the recent server maintainance/ upgradation, i have noticed the device is consuming too much data as compared to earlier. Since last week the device has consumed more 1.5 GB of data!!!! There has been no videos or photos taken during this period. I have disable the videos monitoring right from the begining when i installed as i dont need it. The software is running in Normal mode on the unrooted device. Earlier it wasnt consuming so much of data. Is anyone experiencing the same...??? Dunno whats going-on...???
  3. Again I am not able to login to the portal even if i enter correct credentials..!! I am aware this may be because of the server maintanaince.... But It was working just fine 5-8 hrs back... I hope this is just temporary.. Is everyone else able to login...???

  5. Hey Ian, Whatever happened to my request for the feature regarding the search to find a particular number in the contacts?? You had assured me that it may be included in the future but it doesnt seem to be! Its so simple to integrate on the portal.... Request you to consider it asap. It will be very handy & useful tool for all.
  6. I am not able to login to my account even after entering correct login credentials. It was working just fine few hours back! Suddenly out of blue isnt letting me in..!!! What is the problem?? Have already submitted a Ticket. (Ticket: #WWJ-863-19758)

Ian, I had submitted a ticket and got response saying that there was an issue from the server side and that I should restart the device so that commands can be sent from your side to get the software activated again. As regards sending commands from the control center, I have been doing that many times. However the commands show up as pending. I have already updated the support ticket to inform that I have restartd the device and you may send the commands from your end. But I have got no respnse to my reply in the support. This is getting very frustrating now. It's really unacceptable to get such customer support for a paid service!!!
  9. My logs stopped updating since 13/2/2014. Live Support is offline!!. Posted in the forum.... No help!! Submitted ticket... Got a reply saying.... "We do apologize for the inconvenience. We had a minor server issue last week and it has been resolved now. Do you think you can restart the phone physically? If yes, let us know so we can push the command from our end to reactivate the account and will connect the target to the internet" And asking me to restart the phone so that they will push a command from server. Now i have done that (Restarted the phone) and left 3 messsages on the support site in last 2 days. Again no response... If you guys ask us to submit ticket, atleast ensure that you answer them.   10. This is really a very annoying situation when you have an issue and the Live Chat is offline all the time. Whats the point in having a Live Chat facilty when it is OFFLINE most of the time. I have hardly ever seen the Live Chat online. Terrible.... really
  11. I would like to report that the software isnt updating since few hours. The monitored device is On and connected to the internet. I tried sending Send Immediate Command through Control Center. I see all the commands pending in the "Pending Commands" section. So that means its not getting transmitted to the device Last Connected Time 2015-02-13 03:25:49 Event Count : 1 Delivery method: Any available Delivery timer: 1 hour I have already raised a ticket but the answer was to send SMS commands to the device. Unfortunately I can't do that coz the device is not rooted. hence the commands will show up on the device which i dont want. Request you guys to send the commands and force the software to connect to the server. It was working flawlessly until 1 day. Request you to please look into the matter.
  12. Hi, I would like to suggest a feature. There is no 'Search function' to find a particular number in the contacts section (Phone Book). Right now you can only search a number in the record type Phone Calls, SMS, MMS, Website visited, Instant Messages..... There are hundreds of Numbers in the phone book. It is almost impossible to find a particular number by navigating page by page to find a number. Hence there should be a facility to Search by Number in the 'Contact (Phone Book)' section. I think this feature should be included on the portal. Thanks
