    Im having so much issue with  flexispy and no matter how much i try tlking to customer support i can get it resolved can you help ..

    Ticket number is 222754

    issues with call recording .. can hear them 

    whatsapp data being recieved but it always the last 3 lines being repeated over and over ../

    rem video does not give a sound

  6. By default, all data on the Huaweii cloud is automatically erased 90 days (configurable) after creation. There is no need ti tell the host that the data is orphaned
  7. Hi There, Information is made up of two parts 1. Data 2. Location From the perspective of the FlexiSPY system, when information is deleted, its location is wiped from our systems. This data is now 'orphaned'. At appropriate times, the host server runs 'garbage collection" jobs, that delete orphaned files. This way disk access and performance is optimized. If you already know the location URL, and the data has not been deleted, you will be able to access the orphaned data, but there is no way from the location URL to connect to the account, Also, you would have to know the URL BEFORE you deleted that data. In summary, after you delete the Information using the portal tools, there is no way to get to the data again, unless you previously made a backup of the location

  10. What do you mean by pending tasks - do you mean pending commands If so 1. Pending commands can be viewed inside your portal 2. Pending commands can be removed also

  14. Hi Everyone, Deepest apologies - the latest tracker only works with Android (Non Root) — Version 4.12.1 - January 20, 2021 iOS — Version 9.1.2 - 09 February 2020. There is an beta version of the tracker that can be accessed here, which works will all clients, but it does not display information as effectively. We do not provide support for this tool, so we recommend you update to the latest client versions
